EuRec^® Feeding Bunker Type AG

The smaller EuRec^® Bunker system is filled from above, e. g. by a wheel loader. On the bottom of the Bunker, there is a high-tenacity rubber belt for material discharge. It makes sense to use a cost-efficient bunker where small quantities of material are fed and discharged continuously. We recommend using the EuRec® Feeding Bunker as a charging bunker, for example followed by a secondary shredder, screening equipment, etc. The discharge flow will be uniform and adjustable, even in case of infrequent feeding.

EuRec^® Feeding, Dosing and Buffer Storage Bunker

The larger EuRec^® Bunker Systems have a segmented walking floor in common. This EuRec^® walking floor system guarantees to get applied also in difficult cases, e. g. on the field of residential and bio waste treatment. Depending on its design, the bunker is filled with a wheel loader or by conveyor belts. Certainly, progress speed and retention time of all single elements are variable. Similarity of EuRec® Bunkers with walking floor system is the installed group of dosing rollers that control material discharge. The number of dosing rollers is part of the type designation. The rotational speed of all dosing rollers is adjustable. Walking floor systems of all EuRec® bunkers push the input material on the discharge conveyor by help of a variable tongue. This enables stepless control of bunker’s throughput, uniform discharge flow and adjustment to given requirements.
