Plastic Seperation

The patented Turbo Laminare Trenntechnik (TLT) is a wet separation method that separates the material according to its specific density. Almost each type of plastic is characterised by a different specific weight and so it works well to get separated in liquids. The TLT-method is featured by a high separation efficiency, a very high throughput and an unmatched efficiency. To add this special separation technology to an existing plant does not raise any problems; you just have to deal with very reasonable costs.

EuRec® TLT Plastic Separation System Print

EuRec® Process for Laminar Separation of Plastics with special features listed below:

- 99.7 % separation efficiency for plastics with a differency in density > 0.032 g/cm³

- pure separation unattached from colour, grain size and grain shape of the plastic granules within predetermined section

- continuous material throughput and continuous material withdrawal

- high throughput by fast separation process

- high profitability by low invest and energy costs

- high operational safety by a  simple process with robust aggregates and less rotating elements
