The patent-applied EuRec® ROTARY Cutter was specially developed to shred corn and field crops. Aim of development was to create a shredder that doesn’t grind corn like maize, rye, wheat, barley, oats, etc., but to chip it. Wet corn is really heavy to grind, it tends to heavy agglutination and it is not storable for a longer period of time. If your intention is to use corn for the generation of biogas, then grinded material is less suitable.
